Tunze 1&2 Cables

I am fixing to transfer tanks this weekend and will be hooking up 4 6205 pumps in a larger tank. I bought the splitters for the ports, in the L1,L2 port does one hook both tunze cables labeled TUNZE1 or does one TUNZE 1 & one TUNZE2 cable hook up to the port? I will be hooking the four pumps into L1,L2 & L3,L4 ports with the splitters and not sure if you put a 1&2 in each port or 1&1 and 2&2 in the two ports.

The problem with that support forum is that sometimes it takes days to get an answer. Been there done that!!

I think you are reffering to the forum in Germany not the correct forum for North American support at www.profiluxsupport.com this has been active now since the new year and I do not see you listed as a user.

Please join www.profiluxsupport.com as I am sorry but support will not continue on Reef central when we have invested heavily in this new support forum.

The link to the forum has been in my signature also since launch for easy of location.

OK, I registered and it won't let me start a new thread in the Pump Control forum. So how long do I need to wait to be able to post my question only to get a simple answer. This is not Rocket Science.

we received your new user account at 3.31pm est and we approved it at 4.14pm EST, it would have been faster but I just got back from taking my daughter on her sledge.

The site has spam protection so all new users are varified first. I think less than 45 minutes is good going ;)

I don't understand why we keep pushing support to a specific forum. Is GHL not supporting RC anymore? It's good to have a dedicated forum but sometime it's easier to just answer the question user has.

Anyway to the OP. You have 4 Tunze, 2 splitters, 2 Tunze1 cable, 2 Tunze2 cable, and the L1, L2, L3, L4 ports are available on your Profilux. You want to plug the splitter in the L1/L2 port to get your individual L1 and L2 port. Plug the Tunze1 cable to the left side of the splitter and Tunze 2 to the right side of the splitter. Do the same for your L3 and L4.
Odd numbers Tunze cable refers to odd numbers on Profilux port.

Simply put as per the sticky, no we are not offering support on RC anymore, this will not change, there are now two dedicated support forums.

The biggest reason is that it is a nightmare for people to locate threads that may help them in their own issue on RC as there are no sub forums per topic. This creates frustration for the user and more so a lot of repeated thread writing for us.

Since there were a few complaints from the USA market in regards to the European support site we invested a lot in www.profiluxsupport.com so you now have your own dedicated support area, and it has been a resounding success with not a single issue or complaint.

RC will remain for product announcements and general chat. If users wish to support other users on here that is fine, however it does stop a great knowledge catagorized data base being built up. But if other users wish to do this we are happy for that, but we or GHL will not be offering official support here.

ALL new controllers that are sold are provided with a direct link to the support site so in time everyone from the start will know where to go for support.

The above support topic has now been answered here
