Tunze 1073.008 stuck?

Hi, have just received my 1073.008 which I purchased to run a UV filter but can not regulate the flow. The knob only rotates when the cover is off. When the cover is in place the knob at the front is stuck...?

Flow regulation is obviously important given the intended utilization with a UV filter.

Please remove the front cover, hold it and twist the knob, the knob is probably stuck, once you free it you should be able to turn it. If it is turned all the way in either direction too far it can get stuck.
