Would this pump be ample as a return on a 57 gal tank?

It will do about 250 gph at 4ft, the flow would be weak but acceptable, this pump drops off sharply with head pressure. In general the 1073.040 is preferred, the flow would be closer to 450 gph and can be turned down as needed, keep in mind every 90 degree bend is equal to about 1ft so it is easy to get 4-5 ft of head pressure even if you are only going up 3ft.
