Tunze 3152 problem

I bought it around 9 months ago and after 3 months of use it stopped working. there were no clicks when the float switch was moved. I tried the pump on my other tunze osmolator and it works fine. I have been trying to get a hold of Tunze Canada, but they do not return my emails or those from my lfs. any other options?

I would suggest calling Xenia (Tunze Canada). You might also try swapping power supplies between the two units and verifying the float is properly plugged in when you open the controller, this is a user servicable/replaceable part and it just connects with 2 pins, it may be loose.
