Tunze 3155 lights flashing and alarm sounding

New system, was working for a couple of days, but now I keep getting the low and high level red lights flashing and alarm beeping. If I unplug the system and plug it in again, the pump turns on and the water fills for about 10 secs, then I get the flashing lights and alarm again.

I read this could be due to water getting into the controller, but it has not been wet at all. Is there a fix I can use, send in for repair?

This is the second system I have bought that has this problem...

A blinking too low and solid too high is the water damage indicator. The most common cause is that the power supply tip got wet and was plugged in wet. It can usually be repaired if it is minor.
