Tunze 5017 Alarm

I recently purchased a Tunze Water Level Controller from a fellow reefer and I keep getting an alarm after I set up the sensors. I've included a few pictures of alarm.

Green light will be on
The yellow pump on will flash quickly
all lights off
then all lights on and the alarm beeps
and it all repeats every 5 seconds

Either the pump is bad or the power supply is the wrong one. The power supply will say Tunze, order number 5012.010, anything else and it is likely a wrong power supply causing an overload or under powering it. If the power supply checks out, try it with the pump disconnected, if it stays on, the pump is bad and should be replaced.

Thanks Roger! The power supply is correct as it says Tunze. I tried as you said to disconnect the pump and the controller stayed on pump on as the water level is low. It did not cycle. Thanks for the help. Looks like I will be ordering a new pump!
