Tunze 5017 bad sensor fix

Hello, we have a 5017 with we think is a bad sensor. Can we send it in to get fixed? We have had it for about 3 years.

Yes, I would just need the controller with attached sensors and a brief note explaining the issue that has a return address and phone number.

Roger - Not trying to hijack the thread but coincidentally, I am having similar issues (my sensor is not picking up water level changes...). I sent an email msg via ReefCentral.

I assume I can send to the above address similar to wrimda?

Sent in the unit and received a repaired unit back in about 8, or 9 days and works like new.
