Tunze 5017 no water pumping

I've never had any problems with my water controller but today I unplugged it for my water change, changed the water, I then realized the ato tank was empty so I filled that back up too, plugged the controller back in & the pump sounded like normal but no water is pumping out. Any ideas?

It may just be air locked, try tipping the pump upside down to release any air. It should then start pumping.
