My ato is now not reading when it is over level and low. I had to replace them pump about a month ago but it has worked flawlessly up until now. Is there anything I can do? I have cleaned the optical eye repeatedly. I have powered it down many times too. Any help is appreciated!

How old is it? What lights show? If it is a perpetual green "water level" the optic sensor is bad, if it is no lights or any others, it is likely more severe.

I don't know how old it is. It does show the level green light. Where can I find a new sensor or do I just need to buy a whole new unit?

The sensors have to be soldered in by a service center, if you are in the US, you would send it to me.
