Tunze 6025 noise

Hi

I have a tunze 6025 which is about 7 months old.

the pump itself is very silent but when I put it in the bracket it is quite noisy... I try to check for a broken bracket but I can not see anything.

Anything I should check/clean ?

Open the pump and take the drive unit out, (prop assembly, 6025.70) check first that the stainless steel shaft is firmly in the pump and intact (not broken and not removable). If it is OK most likely the pump just needs cleaning.
