Tunze 6025 Replacement Parts

I have a couple Tunze 6025s that I've been running since Apr 08. One developed an unbearable chatter and the other is chattering slightly. Had to shut the one off. I tried soaking in vinegar which did not help.

Any insight as to what may be wrong? Are there replacement parts I can get that might correct the problem?

Have you taken them apart? Does the steel shaft come out? This is likely the problem and was resolved in later revisions, would be under warranty.

yes, i did take the front shroud off and the shaft came right out. something fell out also and dropped in my rocks so i have no idea what that was.

Was likely the washer, the shaft should stay in place. Roger will probably just have you send it in for replacement as it is under warranty

Yes, the only repair is to replace it, send it in
