Tunze 6045 impeller rattles?

Hi Roger,

I have one is still working but I have to push start it when I plug it in, it now works but the impeller makes a rattle noise, is something I need to send it to you for repair or do I just need to get another impeller from you?

Have you taken it apart? If so does the shaft come out, if so it will need sent in?

As Shawn said, usually this happens if the shaft is broken and the pump needs to be replaced.

Thanks, it looks like the shaft coming out. Anyway, I will send it in to Roger for examination tomorrow.
