Tunze 6045 Missing Parts

Hey Roger,

I purchased a Tunze 6045 from BRS that arrived today and it looks like it's missing the piece that allows you to turn down the flow.

I would really hate to have to send it back to BRS, is there a way I can get the missing part(s) sent to me so I can use this unit in the meantime?

That is very strange, I can certainly send the part, it is just a blue tube that inserts inside. Can you email me a copy of the receipt and I will get it mailed out? Tunze at sbcglobal dot net
