Roger,need some of that excellent customer service,i have 2 6055 working of a 7095 controller and towards the middle of last week i noticed one of them started to make a low whining sound well just checked it and it has gone completely dead.The store that they were purchased from is no longer in business,it is about 18-20 months old,can you help me?

It sounds like it may just be calcium or sand that has cemented the impeller to the shaft, this would cause the whine and then eventually it would seize completely. I would advise cleaning your other pump immediately to prevent the same thing, remove the drive unit and soak the pump and drive unit in 50/50 vinegar and warm water for 4-6 hours.
