Tunze 6060 Controled by AquaController III PRO

I just purchased a Tunze 6060 to add additional flow to my 180. I would like to have it controled by my AquaController III PRO. I Talked to Neptune Technical Support and they said that the AquaController is able to turn the tunze on and off. They said that they think that it is recommended only to be done by 1/hour.
Is this true or not?

This is true, only one on and off cycle is allowed per hour, more will damage the pump.
