I came home and my tunze 6060 had stopped working. I took it apart and there is no calcium buildup. It was plugged in directly to the wall outlet (i.e. no power bar). I am leaving it unplugged overnight in hopes that I am crazy, but I was wondering if anyone has had this issue before. Am I going to have to buy a totally new pump, I have only had it for a month or so... Thanks in Advance

It could be that a part is out of alignment or the magnet is cracked and it overheated and turned off. Your warranty agent is Phil Gilbert in Canada. He can be reached here by PM to Phil Gilbert.

It turns out I am crazy. I plugged it in this morning and it worked... I took it apart and I think I figured out what happened. The little rubber stopper on the end of the ceramic shaft was jammed in really tight for some reason. when I tried to pull out the needlewheel, the ceramin pin came out. I pulled out the rubber stopper with pliars and all is fine now. Thanks for the support though, I appreciate it.
