Tunze 6060 Help...

I just hooked up a pair of Tunze 6060's. This morning, I noticed one wasn't working. I unplugged it and waited an hour then plugged it back in and nothing? So I took it out and checked the propellor for any obstructions and it was fine, but the inside of the housing that it sits in has a big bulge on one side and its not allowing the prop/magnet to spin. What happened? Can I fix this or will Tunze fix it if I send it to them?

Just checked the date code. It is 127 if that helps.

Should I be worried about the other one? It is still working fine, but I cant really take both my powerheads out of commision to send them both in??

I'm sending it off to Tunze USA today via UPS. I have read back through the posts and found that it may have been from a defective plastic housing since it sounds like my exact problem.
