tunze 6095 bad vibrations

Bought two 6095's in the last 6 months. One is great, the other just started vibrating the other night really loud. Took it out and cleaned it and it is just as bad as before the cleaning. It sounds as if the noise is coming from the motor because it even makes the noise when I simply hold it in the water with no mount on it.

Please advise.

Just for follow up I let my pump dry off today while at work. Cleaned it once more when I got home and he vibration is gone. Thinking maybe a small piece of sand got sucked in causing it to vibrate. All the internal pieces were fine. Too much power! Jk it's a great pump.
