Tunze 6100.10 Help

Hi Roger, I just came across a "Great Customer Service" thread from my local FRAG forum. I'm hoping I can get the same result.

I have 2 turbelle Stream 6100.10 with 7240.27 drivers. One just crapped out on me last week. I've cleaned it out and still not working.
I'm not really good at trouble shooting. What can I do? Can I just send it in?

Unfortunately a limited amount can be done for these old pumps. They were discontinued 3 years ago and the only parts that remain available are the mechanical parts, electrical parts are no longer made though we do have some refurbed drivers and transformers, but motors are completely unavailable. Worst case if we cannot repair the pumps we do offer a discounted upgrade to the 6105.
