Tunze 6100 problem

Hi,

I have a tunze 6100 that has stop working, the power supply box was making this loud beeping sound so I took the pump out and clean it, hook everything back up and the pump still is making that beeping sound, now it has either stop working when it does, it turns very slowly.

My question is: is it possible to send it back to get it fix? since I don't know what the warranty period on these are and I don't have the receipt for it any more. Or maybe I just need to buy a new impeller?

Thanks Tbone, I know he does, I had a 6101 went out on me a while back and he took care of it very quickly.

It may be that the pump needs to be replaced. Please send it into us for repair or replacement. We will be able to see what the warranty period on that pump is ( two years ) and should it need to be replaced we will contact you. Should you need it, the cost of a new motor block is $82.14. Please include a letter describing the problem with your contact information and return address.

Do I need to send in the coil unit also ?

The transformers very rarely go out but if you would like to include it to be tested as well that would be fine.
