Tunze 6100 pump not working

Hi Roger,

I sent out a post a week or two ago here in the Tunze forum. I have a 6100 pump that stopped working and the alarm sounded. In reply, you mentioned the possiblity of the pump being blocked or calcium build-up. I checked it more thoroughly and cleaned it according to the sticky-note above this forum. Unfortunately this did not help remedy my problem. I switched out the wires leading from the pump to the controller to isolate if it was the controller or the motor. I believe its the motor as it still does not work. I think I need a new motor. Can you give me the specific part number for this unit? and How long does it take to have a new one shipped out? Thank you.

It is part 6100.015, if you ordered it on tunze.com today we can ship one tomorrow. They have a two year warranty so if it is less than 2 years old you could send it in to get it covered under warranty.
