Tunze 6100 stream

I just purchased a 6100 stream,7091 controller and photo cell.Upon inspection of unit i noticed the tip of the black propeller on one side is missing.Also there is alot of lube on the impeller shaft and surrounding area.
1-Can you let me know how to get new prop?
2-Is the lube safe in reef or should i clean it off before putting it in the water?
Just so you know the unit has not been put in water or hooked up yet.I wanted to know what to do about the prop before using unit since it is brand new and has a defective part.

The lubricant is glycerin and an extremely small amount, it is from the bench testing and also added to prevent any corrosion and seizing of parts in transit and storage. Each pump gets 2ml of a 1 to 5 glycerin solution. It is harmless. Can you post or email a pic of the prop? Some models have a lathe turned prop but the 6100 is not one of them, just curious to see. I can send you a new prop if you PM me your address.
