my tunze 6100 transformer getting very hot and the wave maker 6100 does not seems to be working at that speed

any one can help me ?

Usually a hot transformer results from a shorted driver box, both need to be replaced, does the pump run at all?

both needs to be replaced ?

the pump is running fine but it does not seems to be running as full speed

Is it a 6000 or a 6100? In this case, if it runs but very slow like less than half power, the likely culprit is that half of the motor is dead or there are some dead windings. On a 6000 which has the 7210.202 transformer, the transformer would get very hot because it has a much higher load than it can handle from the resistance of the dead windings of the motor coil. I have also seen pumps locked by calcium do this, especially the 6000 and just cleaning it well will solve the problem.

i did the cleaning but does not seems to work

The best option is to order 6101.015, this is an upgrade kit to 6105, it is 6105 without magnet holder and instead it has an adapter for the old holder. The motor and driver is no longer available.
