Tunze 6101 and Neptune Aquasurf

When using the Aquasurf with a pair of 6101's I notice that the power supply gets fairly hot, not warm. I have not noticed this without using the aquasurf but then again I never checked.

When using the 7095 controller do the power supplies normally get hot?

Sorry if Aquasurf is a bad word but works seamlessly with my controller. Any comments about the aquasurf?

I don't know anything about the AquaSurf, if you have a infrared temp sensor the power supply should not get hotter than 40C. It shuts off at 50C.
