Tunze 6105/6095 speed control voltage range

Roger,

I am planning to buy one or two of these pumps to use with Apex controller. What is the input voltage range required to change the speed of these pumps ? My Apex gives 10.7 volts on maximum intensity. Is it any maximum safe limit ?

0-8V is our control range.

Thanks for reply, is it safe to put accidentally 11V if Apex VDM defaults to "ON" mode? I do not want to burn pump controller.

*If this is an issue I can probably put a resistor to drop off the voltage but do not like this option unless it is absolutely necessary.

That I do not know, I would check with Neptune as I would assume they have tested it.
