Hi all,
My Tunze 610 tunze seem creating slow wave despite i have changed
the power adaptor and tried using Jumper 12v to 24V.
It seem that the wavemaker having some inner problem.

Anyone facing this problem? I try to drop email to tunze but after many months no reply from them?
I was thinking of switching to other brand.

Thanks

I would need more information, what country are you in as emails to Tunze are routed to the distributor in that country. What do you mean by a slow wave? Is the flow slow or it is not able to generate a wave? If the flow is slow with no controller and does not change with the jumper change, this will be the pump, if a wave is slow, this is because the controller is not suitable or is not adjusted correctly.

I am from singapore. As this unit is not longer under warranty the local agent won't give any technical support. I ever try email to you but i guessed your mailbox is full.
The flow is super slow and it being control by the single controller. I have a spare unit and i hooked up and tired but still the same result.

My apologies for missing your last post. My best guess is that the motor block has died or has a short, but it is impossible to say without seeing it and shipping to US and back will cost half of a new motor block 6105.100, I think if you wanted to keep it, replacing this is the best option.
