Tunze 6105 impeller

I have a 6105 about 3 years old. I cleaned the stuck impeller and unit with a vinegar soak as usual. I returned the impeller to the unit, but it is very tight. The inside is smooth but slightly wavy to touch. It does not appear to be a calcium deposit. Heat damage? Is this repairable or trash?

If the inside of the motor has wavy or bulged plastic lining, the motor had overheated and the motor is ruined. You can get just a motor and fix this, it is part 6105.100, that is the entire back half of the pump, they run about $180 and can be ordered on Tunze.com.
