Tunze 6105 noise problem when is the fix?

I know you have spoken about a 18 volt chip and bigger prop to alleviate the humm and vibration this pump is producing.
When will this fix be available? I have had this pump since December and took it out of my tank last week because the noise was annoying. This is way louder then a vortec. I had 6000 and the 6101 and perfectly silent. This new model is not.
Please advise or a way to return to you for something else.
