Tunze 6105 stopped working

Last year 7/09/2013 I purchased two Tunze Turbelle Stream 6105 Controllable from Bulk reef supply. One of them stop working because of impeller shaft is not straight in line, see picture for more detail. you can notice SHAFT is lettle bit on side way.



it is little on one side.

because of this impeller is hitting to the chamber where it run around.


When I insert impeller it sits on one side. see here...






So because of all this pump is not able to run with Apex with programming.

I think this pump has some warranty with it. can we get the process started to replace the pump? its less than 9 months old.

Solved my problem.
received replacement motor for my Tunze6105...



For this reason I always chose reputed companies and brands. :thumbsup:
