I have two that have been working flawlessly but one stop today. I swap the power supply bretween the two and it didn't help. I also cleaned it thoroughly with vinegar bath overnight. I used to get excellent support from @rvitko but I'm not sure if he still support us. Could you please advise? Thanks.

Check that the drive unit is fully seated and the bearing is undamaged,

Normally, if something is wrong with the pump a bar of LED's that are concealed toward the top front of the motor will flash, check for this.
