Tunze 6201 vs 6301

Hi All

Just wondering if anyone has both a 6201 and 6301? The only difference between them that I can see is that the 6301 strainer allows for much more water into the pump.

So if you put a 6301 strainer on a 6201 do you get the performance of a 6301?

The 6301 has a bigger propeller, a stronger motor and the motor has a fixing point on the top and bottom to deal with the increased force of the flow.
