Tunze 6215 Wavebox Question

I have a standard 6' 180g tank with a rear corner overflow box. I don't like the short waves where it makes everything look like it's basically rocking back and forth.

Is it possible with the 6215 to achieve a very slow wave? I'm thinking something along the lines of how a wave crashes along the shore of a beach and slowly draws the water back into the ocean. I just don't want to get sea sick looking at the rocking motion that I see in a lot of youtube videos.

Wave frequency is a function of tank length, the longest wave you can get will be a single wave, the top of the tank should look like a seesaw, if it looks anything other than that, the timing is not correct and should be retuned.
