Tunze 6305 not working

Hi, i have a problem whit my tunze 6305. When i plug in it, it is working a little bit and then it stop. I try several times but the result not change its always working 1-2 second and stop again. (once it work 15-20 second than it stop again) Can you help me please why it is not working. What do you think and what can i do?

First, be sure the magnet and propeller can spin on the metal shaft and they are not stuck to the shaft by lime. This is one of the more common causes, besides this it would be best to send the pump for repair. I would contact Tunze Germany to arrange repair service.

First thank you for your interest. Magnet and propeller can spin on the metal shaft easily. i cleaned the head carefully and i cant see anything wrong in it.
i think it has got software problem it is automaticly stop and the head protect it self. And the end i can send it to germany with ups to fix. Thank you.
