Tunze 7000 - unlocking a zip file for latest firmware.

Hi,

We were able to use a wireless laptop that helped us use the default firmware to control a test device (air pump) on the 7000 unit.

So far we had success with the default version of firmware.
- An air pump is simulating a heater in the appropriate channel with (CONTROLLED POWER SOCKET 7070.120) and I'm using my hand to heat up the temp probe for temp changes.

We cannot seem to "unlock" the zip file to the latest firmware with the use of a password.
What tips can be offered?

Thanks

Here are two screen shots of trying to toss the file to the area that seems like it should go.

Ok, so far it looks like the Tunze 7000 unit would like the default 1.0 firmware to move up sequentially to version 1.1 then 1.2, and lastly 1.3.
I could be wrong, but it worked for us instead of trying to go up to version 1.3 or 2.1 immediately.

After doing this procedure, the 7000 seemed to stay there as for updates.
The latest version 2.1 has error messages.
This is as far as we could get.

This may help new Tunze 7000 controller users in the same situation soon after purchasing.

Your path will be 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and you do not open the zip files, you drag them in as is. 2.1 is the same as 1.3 and is only used on units that new had 2.0, do not install it on a machine that has 1.x versions. It has no difference except it is for a newer motherboard OS.
