But then the Pump never starts again.... i have to cut the power to the controller four the pum to start the ligth pump on in the controller never turns on and the Turbelle is always in the fidh care thing just spining once every 20 seconds the manual says the pump should start if i press the food buttom in 8 to 10 minutes but it never does
Its a brand new pump and controller and its not wet our anything
Can anyone have an idea whats the problem
the place were i got the pumb and controller is a tunze dealer in belgium but four me is a very very long drive back again like 360KM
Can the tunze guy please help me out
Thank you

Try removing the cover of the controller, it is just 2 screws at the back and you have to pry off the knobs with a screwdriver. Usually this problem is the foodtimer button gets stuck in the housing and only needs to be moved a little or the screws loosened.

Thank you , its working :wavehand:
I did what you advised and now its working great the pump after a few minutes starts again
Thank you very mutch

No problem, thank you and I am sorry for the trouble, this is not common but I have seen it a few times.

Helo sorry for opening an old post but I have the same problem, my 7091 just want start the pump (new 6105) up again, I opend the controler and nothing is stuck. Can anybody help me please?? :)

There are a couple possibilities.

1) At the end of the 7091 production in 2010, some units that were made for zoos with a 30-60 minute food timer were accidentally sold to the public. This can be repaired by a service center.

2) The foodtimer button is damaged in some way, if it worked normally in the past.

7091 used food timer to stop pump while checking flow of other tunze pumps, when it tried to restart it gave a high pitched squeal and pump is not working. Pump is a 6055, can I use neptune apex to control the 6055?

You can, but it is not likely that a 7091 would fail unless it got wet, they just rarely fail. I would check the pump, it may be locked up with calcium deposits, the 7091 has nothing inside which should be capable of making a noise, no moving parts. The pump does and it sounds like the prop is sticking to the shaft/axle it spins on.
