tunze 7096 programming issue

when i turn on interval programming ,

channel 1 - 30 power1 , 100 - power2
channel 2 - 30 power1 , 100 - power2

it should be switching between channel 1 and channel 2 but what happens it is only channel 1 switching off an on but the channel 2 is always on

My guess would be the cable you are using for the pump on channel 2 is damaged. I would try swapping the pumps and cables, if the problem follows the pump or cable, it is not the controller.

i changed it and even tunze seller in Singapore also cannot figure what is wrong ....

Are you sure wavemode is not also turned on?

not on .... and i am using the channel 1 and 2

I am sorry, I just realized, Interval switches between (1&2) and (3&4), for Interval to work you must use 1 or 2 and then either 3 or 4.

what u mean is that if i have 2 pumps , i will plug into 1 and 3 to work?

but i have already tried that but does not seems to work

Interval mode switches between 1&2 and 3&4, for Interval mode to really switch between pumps, one pump must be plugged into one of each pair of ports that it switches between. Can you post a photo of the front of the controller in operation and a screen capture of the settings? You could also email them to me at Tunze@sbcglobal.net
