Can saltwater pass through this solenoid valve without any long term issues?

What type of power supply would I need to make it work?

I recently purchased a Deltec NFP1020 Nitrate Filter to reduce the nitrates on my 1200g fish system and would like to fully automate it. :thumbsup:

No, only RO water should pass through it or gasses. It has very tight passages and will seize with mineral deposits. This is true of most solenoid valves.
