Tunze 9002 stopped working

I unplugged my 9002 and replugged it in (was untangling cords) and when i replugged it, it didn't work.

It was working very well for the past few months. Did my pump just give out? Help please.

It could be, but please check that the pump isn't just dirty or has some calcium build up. When I pump is already running it an keep running if it is a bit dirty, but if you stop it, the extra resistance of some calcium or grit in the pump may be too much to overcome for it to start.
