This is fairly common and easily fixed. In shipping the airline pulls toward the top and the airline is what holds it down, as is the slack acts like a spring and pops it off.
All you have to do is remove the bottom cover, remove the pump and pull the airline down until the top is snug, basically, remove the slack in the upper chamber.
