I recently bought Tunze skimmer model 9002. I was having problems getting the pump working it turned out the impeller was broken. I bought it from a local fish store which has a great reputation, what can be done.
I am assuming it was Saltwater Empire? Fritz already contacted us about that and we added a replacement impeller to an order for them we shipped on Monday, they should have it tomorrow.
