tunze 9003 skimmer

So I am setting up a heavily stocked 30g nano with 10g sump, and I would like to try going all Tunze for flow and filtration (I already have 1073.020 return and a 6015). I was thinking I would wait until the pinwheel skimmer models come out. I read Tunze reps at last MACNA were not only talking up this 9004 model, but another replacement for the 9002 that will have pinwheel impeller, keeping the 9002 dimensions (9001?).
I suspect I'll go with the 9004 upon its release, but I was wondering if the 9001 model still planned as well? Also do you know what airflow numbers and pricing to expect for these new needlewheel skimmers? Thanks.

Yes, it is still planned, I don't have technical details yet, the 9004 will be somewhere between the 9002 and 9006 in performance and the 9001 will be weaker and smaller than the 9002. Given that you will be stocking heavily, I think the 9004 would be the way to go and it should be available in a couple months. 9001 won't be ready until fall.
