Tunze 9005 skimmer

Hi Roger,

The pump for my skimmer is not working. It's very clean. When I plug in, it makes loud noise but does pump, so I unplug it. The drive was hot to touch. In the past, I was able to make it worked after disassemble/reassemble the pump. Last night, it does not work at all after several tries.

Does the pump still under warranty? I bought it in 03/2010 from you.

If it was bought new less than 2 years ago, it is still under warranty, please send in the pump-
