Tunze 9005 stopped skimming

I can hear the pump running water is filled half way but no bubble for the last 5 days. What can I do?

Have you checked the venturi on the pump as well as the hose for clogs and connections?

Also, check that the bottom cover is on and that it is assembled correctly, it needs to fill to the point that water is exiting the stand pipe.

Thanks... The pump was disconnected. I didn't know how to take it apart but found out the bottome piece slides right out. I just put it back in the sump and I already see bubbles.

I'm having a similar issue but no blocked venturi or tubing, and there are bubbles being created. It's just not quite high enough..

Usually this is because of a minor defect or some shipping damage to the venturi. Can you PM me your email address and I will email you pictures of what the venturi should look like?
