Tunze 9010 and Stray Electrical Current

Recently my 9010 (about 8 months old) has begun to put stray electrical current into my water.

I had noticed this for the first time just a few days ago when I put my fingertips (no cuts, scrapes, ect) into the tank and got a strong "tingling". After unplugging each item one by one (heaters, powerheads, reactor pumps, lighting, ect) it became very clear that it was the 9010 causing the stray current.

Plugged in= strong tingling
Unplugged= normal or no tingling

Any ideas as to what to do with this? Is this somewhat normal for the 9010's? Anyone else experience this? Do I need a replacement pump or would a Titanium electrical ground solve this issue?

Thanks....

It is not normal. Send in the pump, we will test it, as long as the problem isn't a damaged cord we will replace it under warranty.
