Tunze 9010 Protein skimmer

I have a 9010 skimmer and it's making a clanking noise every few hours or so. On occasion the pump itself would not spin at all. Typically, I would have to raise the skimmer out of water level and for some strange reason it would then spin up properly then I would then lower to water level.

I have this skimmer for about two years now, probably out of warranty. How much does it cost to repair or replace just the pump? I can't find online etailer that sell just the pump.

All you need is a 3000.60 drive unit, the brake shoes are worn or the cogs on the magnet they engage on are worn, so it is slipping and this is the cause of the noise and apparent lack of movement. The magnet is spinning, it just isn't engaging the impeller.
