Tunze 9010 stopped making bubbles

I turned off my 9010 skimmer to empty collection cup. I turned it back on and nothing. I can hear the pump running but no bubbles. At one moment bubbles started to apprear but than they stopped. Any ideas as to what is wrong? All i did was unplug it. It wasn't moved.
