I checked the Tunze website and they refer you to here for support.
Can anyone tell me the correct way to place a warranty claim for a pump?
I have a Tunze 9410 that is 2 months old. Today the pump did not turn on after my feeding session. I could hear the motor hum but no impeller motion. I pulled the pump apart and everything looks ok but I am not really sure what the back end of the impeller shaft should have looked like. When I put the pump back together it starts right up and will run until I turn it off. Then it does the same thing again, motor hum but no impeller motion. I can pull it apart, reassemble and it starts up the 1st time but never after a power cycle.
