Tunze 9410 Skimmer

Just wondering if anybody has any experience with the 94** series skimmers. I am waiting for the 9410 to come out and I can find any comments on these skimmers, so ether people don't use them or they don't give problem. I am hoping the latter.

So I take it that they are not popular skimmers.

There are a few people out there with them and I believe most of them are happy with thier purchase. Build quality and acrylic work is excellent in my opinion and when the new pumps are released it should fix the only potential weak spot if there is one and make them even better. I am a big fan of the design, pretty much set it and forget it

New Pumps, any more info.

The 9410 is new we are still waiting for them in SA , or do you guys have them jet? Do you think they will have the new pumps?

9410 has its own pump which is the 9410.04. The 9420 and above will get the 9420. The new pumps will be quiter, stronger and even more energy efficient than the Sicce based mode.

No one has the new pumps or skimmers with the pumps as they have not been released but they should be coming rather soon I believe.

The skimmer should be here soon, was told November but the local Tunze agent phoned me on Thursday saying it should now be this week. Just hope it is a good skimmer.
He has already asked me to post pic and give comments on our local sites, as I will be the first one to get the 9410 over here.
