I have had this skimmer running for 2 years and its hands down the best skimmer I have ever owned. After reading the instructions and reaching out to Roger, The optimal setting is 7", so I set my sump level at 7" and forgot about it. Never had to adjust it, it just runs. Its best for a 75-180G tank. I had set up a 250G Set up right after purchasing it and its done well. I had the opportunity to go to the 9430, so this is now available.
