tunze ato issues

Hello, Im experiencing a problem with my tunze ato and noticed for the first time all the lights are beeping on the controller and the pump is not sending water to the tank. Ive checked the reservoir and it has water. The sensor has been placed at the water level and with the water level low and the controller continues to beep. I tried to unplug it and reset the unit but after about 5 seconds it goes straight to beeping again. Can anyone help?

Sounds like the same issue just happened to mine! Was doing fine, then yesterday will beeeep every 5? seconds and all the lights flash. In between beeps, the proper level light is on. Never tries to pump.
Did the pump die?

Their are a few possible causes:

1) try disconnecting the pump, if the controller then stays on, the issue is a faulty pump.

2) verify you are using the correct power supply, many power supplies for aquarium products have the same size output tip, if the voltage is too high or too low, the unit will cycle on and off. If you have a voltmeter and are sure the power supply is correct, I would test that the output voltage is correct.

3) Water damage to the power connection is a possible culprit.

4) a board issue is the last possibility if it is none of the above, generally a processor that has lost the firmware due to a power surge or other issue.
